Land Assembly

A land assembly is where we assemble a few gardens together (potentially with your neighbours,) to create a site for a new development. This normally creates a substantial windfall for the landowners, often without depreciating the value of your property.

This is a tricky process, but it is one of Green Stone’s preferred ways of working. It uses land efficiently and when executed properly, is a lucrative move for each of the landowners.
